I have two new grain-free bread posts for you. The first is my Simple Sandwich Bread from my first cookbook, Cooking for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. You can use any nut or seed flour and butter with this recipe, so it’s super flexible. I was going through my original manuscript for the book and found that both editions of the book left out the salt in this recipe. Added the salt back into this post and it’s free for everyone.
One of my favorite grain-free bread recipes is this Cinnamon Raisin Bread, also from my first cookbook. It uses almond butter and almond flour because that’s my flavor preference but you can swap out with another nut or seed butter and flour.
I have a small collection of crackers, many of which I created early on when I was experimenting with grain-free flour crackers. To make it easy to find them I added a crackers category to easily find all the recipes on a single page. I use almond flour in many of them but you can sub with another grain-free flour in most of them.
I would LOVE to know about your favorite holiday cookies. Tell me in the chat.
I updated the Orange Cranberry Bread recipe and added a quick video so you can see how I make it. I removed the olive oil (2 tablespoons) and increased the amount of cranberries from 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups. The original measurements are in the recipe notes in case you prefer it the original way.
I also added a video to the Moussaka recipe so you can see all the steps visually. I know videos help, so let me know if there are other recipes you’d like me to add a video to.
Have a delicious week,
Erica

I love your recipe for Simple Sandwich Bread. I was already planning to bake another loaf if it today. It's a great basic bread for sandwiches or toast with a nice mild flavor.
