I have three new recipes for you this weekend. All are easy to make and have a simple list of ingredients.
The first is Coconut Cauliflower Rice which goes great with Asian-inspired recipes and bowls. I’ll be sharing one of my latest coconut rice bowls this coming week so stay tuned.
The second recipe is Date Paste. If you have extra Medjool or other dates hanging around, give this natural sweetener a try. It’s a nice mild alternate to honey or maple syrup that goes well with ice cream, yogurt, and in smoothies.
The third recipe is Granola Yogurt Bark. If you're a yogurt and granola lover, this one's for you. It tastes like a frozen yogurt sundae and is super easy-to-make. Store it in the freezer and grab when you feel like it.
