Way back when I created a grain-free recipe for cornbread without using a single grain of corn flour or any other grain flour. I followed with no-corn corn muffins and no-corn cornbread using just almond flour. Here’s a great variation on the original recipe: Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread.
While referring to the original recipe for No-Corn Cornbread I noticed that the total servings was not correct. So it’s gone from 9 servings to 16 servings. This means some of the nutrition info changed, and each serving is actually 84 calories instead of 154 calories.
On the whipped cream front, I added a video on how to make Whipped Cashew Cream. I also added a video on how to make Apple Pie Bars. Let me know if there are specific recipes you would love to have a video of.
When I wrote the Everyday Keto Baking cookbook I used Swerve to test all the recipes. That was then. While I don’t use low-carb sweeteners regularly, I have my preferences so I added some low carb essentials products to the Comfy Belly Amazon store. Of course you don’t have to buy these items on Amazon but it’s an easy way for me to point you to the product name and information.
I used the new graham cracker pie crust with my pumpkin pie filling this week and lowered the amount of sweetener in it by half. I’m much happier with this new amount so I updated the recipe to reflect the change. Let me know if you try it.
