I hadn’t made my chocolate macaroon recipe in quite a while. I circled back to it a few days ago after a reader asked me if it was necessary to toast the shredded coconut. Turns out, it isn’t.

The end result…I’m sharing a new-ish recipe for no-bake chocolate macaroons. And a video.
